Carr Workplaces is seeking a highly skilled Community Manager I to enhance the client experience by providing exceptional service, operational support, and administrative assistance to clients and the center team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide client support and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare for client interactions by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Answer inbound phone calls, direct callers as appropriate, and take care of client requests.
- Greet and direct visitors with a hospitality-forward mindset.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and packages for clients.
- Coordinate mail services, including pick-up and delivery.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office and café supplies.
- Support client onboarding and daily operations.
- Ensure the community café, business center, and conference rooms meet center readiness standards.
- Provide marketing materials for clients and prospects.
- Assist in planning and attending monthly client events.
- Perform administrative duties to support client business practices.
- Manage client catering requests, including setup and teardown.
- Schedule conference rooms, day office usage, catering, and equipment through Operate.
- Update and maintain accurate schedules for clients and daytrippers.
- Coordinate with building management and janitorial staff to resolve building issues.
- Purchase and reconcile office supplies, postage, parking validation, and FedEx accounts.
- Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an office environment in a similar role.
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or other hospitality experience highly desired.
