Job Description

Carr Workplaces is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Manager I to enhance the client experience by providing exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical presence at the center to support clients and answer inquiries
  • Preparing for client inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes
  • Answering inbound phone calls and directing callers as appropriate
  • Greeting and directing visitors with a hospitality-forward mindset
  • Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail and packages for clients
  • Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of mail services
  • Assisting in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office and café supplies
  • Assisting in client onboarding and daily operations
  • Providing marketing materials for clients and prospects
  • Assisting in planning and attending monthly client events
  • Performing administrative duties to support clients in their daily business practices
  • Managing client catering requests and vendor relationships
  • Scheduling conference rooms, day office usage, catering, and equipment usage
  • Updating and maintaining accurate schedules for clients and daytrippers
  • Receiving and processing incoming vendor invoices
  • Creating purchase orders and reconciling office supplies and accounts
  • Coordinating with building management and janitorial staff to resolve building issues

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences preferred
  • Minimum 6 months experience in an office environment in a similar role
  • Experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or other hospitality experience highly desired
