Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed.
  • Report any damage, hazards, or repairs to the Executive Housekeeper or management team.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives developed by the Housekeeping management team to improve our services and operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or management team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and great intuition.
  • A genuine care for the safety and security of our guests.
