Job Summary

The Housekeeper at MCR Hotels is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in our hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow company and brand procedures for cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including stocking guest supplies and cleaning supplies.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Perform repetitive duties, such as bed making and bathroom cleaning.
  • Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies.
  • Conduct deep cleaning activities as needed with the maintenance department.
  • Interact with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company and brand standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms as assigned per shift.
  • Complete special requests made by guests or other departments.
  • Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills.

  • Physical ability to stand and walk the entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
