Overview:

AccentCare is seeking a skilled Employment Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the hiring process for paraprofessional field personnel, ensuring a seamless experience for both our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process from interview through hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with our Nurse Instructor to prepare for trainings and ensure compliance with State regulations and licensure requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits of personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year related experience in a healthcare or social service environment.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
