Compensation Package
We offer a competitive $75,000 - $90,000 per year salary, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings program, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Job Description
As a Sr. Payroll Specialist at Master Halco, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll processing, including multi-company and multi-state payroll, tax jurisdictions, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with our HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Additionally, you will assist with quarterly and year-end reporting, process commissions, bonuses, and incentive calculations/payouts, and maintain data integrity in our systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 8 years of progressive growth in a multi-state/global payroll function, experience in HRIS and Timekeeping system applications, and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Advanced knowledge of US payroll practices, tax law, and garnishment procedures is also essential. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
