Key Responsibilities:

  • International Consulting: The successful candidate will be responsible for executing consulting projects, which may include benefit audits, benchmarking, mergers and acquisitions, multinational pooling, governance, risk management, and global defined contribution consulting.
  • Client Relationship Management: A strong business acumen and project management skills are essential. The candidate will oversee revenue management and be accountable for fostering and maintaining client relationships.
  • Revenue Growth: The individual will focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding the client base through strategic prospecting and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Intellectual Capital Development: Participation in task forces, think tanks, and special project teams is expected. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of Global Benefits and consulting methodologies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Meet financial objectives associated with the role.
  • Act as the primary contact for small to mid-sized clients while contributing significantly to larger client engagements.
  • Oversee the completion of major renewal coordination milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and time allocation.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and integrate effective solutions.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to resolve issues and address inquiries.
  • Review and finalize consulting deliverables for global benefits projects.
  • Conduct client meetings and present findings as the lead of a collaborative service team.
  • Engage in financial and strategic discussions with clients.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of clients and team members.
  • Influence the strategic and financial direction of client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated advanced technical and consultative expertise.
  • Strong client interaction and sales/marketing skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
