Job Overview

With a strong presence in Broome County, we are expanding our reach to new markets nationwide. Our experienced senior management and staff possess a deep understanding of residential real estate, including assignment contracts, fix and flips, creative finance, leasing, and property management.

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Investor Relations Associate. This role involves managing relationships with investors and buyers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the transaction process. You will maintain communication with investors, coordinate property sales, and provide exceptional customer service. Utilizing our proprietary CRM system and marketing tools, you will facilitate successful transactions and understand our investors' goals to match them with suitable properties in our inventory.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. A successful Investor Relations Associate will excel at negotiating deals, contributing to the company's overall success, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our vision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process for all properties in our inventory
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and agents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between investors and the company
  • Market properties using our CRM system, lead generation software, and other marketing tools
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to maximize profits for the company
  • Coordinate property showings and closings
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM
  • Work closely with the Acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from contract to sale
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
  • A driver's license and vehicle is a must

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $70,000 yearly, along with opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.
