Job Description">

We are seeking a qualified Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team. As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will work 1:1 with clients in independent and group settings, read and implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner, and support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.

Key Responsibilities">
  1. Deliver therapeutic support to clients in a group and independent setting
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  3. Maintain accurate records of client progress and submit documentation in a timely manner
  4. Engage in healthy communication, social and behavioral skills with clients
  5. Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes
Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and willingness to complete the RBT curriculum and get certified
  • 1 year minimum of working with children
  • 1 year of working in a direct care human services profession preferred but not required
  • Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Willingness to accept and implement feedback
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift
Compensation and Benefits">

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid eligible travel, tuition assistance, employee discount program through ADP (LifeMart), and employee referral bonuses plan.
