Job Description:

This role will support virtual clinics by providing a best-in-class patient experience. As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with our Medical Operations teams to optimize clinical workflows, develop mastery using EHR systems, and collaborate with key external vendors and suppliers. You'll also be responsible for monitoring clinic phone calls, handling patient and clinician communications, and resolving escalated patient or partner issues.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a NJ Compact License
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule and being on call shifts (24/7)
  • Experience in telemedicine and proficiency in Epic EMR and Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and adaptable skills

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits include 18 vacation days, 5 sick days, 2 personal days, 9 company holidays, stock options, paid parental leave, and competitive health insurance options.
