About the Role

K Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist (LPN) to support our virtual clinics in delivering best-in-class patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient satisfaction
  • Develop expertise in EHR systems and internal tools to create efficient clinical processes
  • Receive, monitor, and analyze lab results daily, following escalation procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate lab and imaging services
  • Monitor clinic phone calls from patients, clinicians, labs, and pharmacies
  • Work with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners on escalated patient or partner issues
  • Participate in on-call shifts for critical lab phone line support (24/7)
  • Prepare prior authorization requests and process EMR requests efficiently
  • Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Hold current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a NJ Compact License
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule
  • Experience in telemedicine
  • Proficiency in Epic EMR and Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and adaptable skills
  • Able to prioritize work effectively and manage deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and set priorities with minimal management input
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 USD annually, based on industry benchmarks and relevant experience. Our benefits include:
