Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized care plans based on their health needs and goals.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing procedures as required.
  • Monitor clients' vital signs, progress, and overall health status, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of home healthcare.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health, geriatrics, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform a wide range of nursing procedures independently.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
