We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Construction Laborer to assist with various tasks in residential construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair interior and exterior doors, including handles, hinges, and locks.
  • Ensure all door installations and repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Repair and maintain interior walls, including patching holes, fixing drywall, and painting.
  • Assist with the construction of new walls and partitions as needed.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to assist with the construction and renovation of residential properties.
  • Rake leaves, clear debris, and maintain the cleanliness of the construction site.
  • Assist with the installation and repair of fencing.
  • Perform small landscaping projects such as planting, trimming, and maintaining gardens and lawns.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills:
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Physical Requirements:
