Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Motion & Flow Control Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and visits
  • Sell products to current and new accounts, and develop and coordinate target accounts
  • Apply creativity to solve problems and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate efforts with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strive to consistently maximize profitability by utilizing programs, promotions, and product support materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in the industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to perform basic math functions and understand and apply more complex calculations
  • Solid computer skills, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
