Job Summary

Analogix Semiconductor is seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive strategic workforce planning and development across multiple regions. This critical role will oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and leave management while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Global Payroll and Compensation Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments for employees in the USA, Taiwan, and Korea, including both standard and variable pay. Address payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Talent Development and Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring effective sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Design and implement cross-departmental training programs for leadership development, skill-building, and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations and Leave Management: Oversee employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Provide guidance to employees on leave entitlements and return-to-work procedures, while maintaining positive employee relations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee development, leave management, and HR process management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits management, compensation structures, recruiting practices, and leave of absence administration.

  • Competitive Salary and Benefits: 100% health coverage for employees, 90% for dependents, 401(k) with 1:1 match up to 4%. Total Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000.
