Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing key client projects stemming from commercial activities.

Key responsibilities include managing the scope of activities required to execute a system sales order, which encompasses order entry and processing, supply chain management, technical interface related to drawing and document production, installation management, project scheduling, and budget oversight.

The Project Manager collaborates with internal sales, engineering, accounting, and service teams, as well as external vendors and contractors. Project schedules and cost details are maintained and reported to track and summarize project progress.

Key Duties:
1. Analyze Purchase Orders for contract review, pricing reconciliation, and project execution details.
2. Organize and facilitate order entry meetings.
3. Develop and manage drawing and documentation requirements.
4. Identify, specify, and order externally-supplied materials and services.
5. Conduct site visits, web meetings, and drawing exchanges to ensure field conditions align with supplied equipment and systems.
6. Identify, schedule, and negotiate subcontracted installation services.
7. Advise customers on requirements and ensure site conditions are compatible with orders, including utilities, rigging, storage, and building alterations.
8. Organize and schedule system commissioning needs and ensure site readiness.
9. Monitor customer milestones and requirements, engaging in engineering and business activities to align.
10. Manage projects according to summary project schedules, utilizing ERP systems and participating in meetings.
11. Oversee changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
12. Manage client relationships and escalate potential risks to management as necessary.
13. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including frequent meetings with clients to clarify project requirements.
14. Delegate project tasks based on the strengths and experience levels of junior staff members.
15. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
16. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff.
17. Continuously develop leadership skills.
18. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the food, plastics, manufacturing, or construction materials sectors.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Critical Path, and Dependencies, with experience in related project management software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Practical experience with SAP (ERP) business systems is a plus.
