Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Control Specialist to join our team at Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for managing electronic filing systems, coordinating communications, and reviewing/tracking correspondence and contractual documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain electronic filing systems for correspondences, RFIs, submittals, logs, meeting minutes, payment requisitions, and potential change orders.
  • Coordinate electronic communications between owners, design consultants, construction consultants, contractors, and other external agencies.
  • Review and track all incoming correspondence for required action and ensure timely action is taken.
  • Maintain logs, including inspection/testing, change status, claims, submittals, construction budgets, and more.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of construction project controls/construction project management experience, preferably on sizable complex construction projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standard construction management scheduling software, such as Primavera P6.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience managing electronic project documentation systems.
