Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support for our operations in the West Gulf Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative assistance, including managing phone communications, overseeing office supplies, and coordinating activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and training sessions.
- Draft and format correspondence, memos, reports, and other essential documents; maintain filing systems; procure supplies and equipment. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials.
- Handle outgoing mail and organize incoming correspondence.
- Support document management through scanning, filing, and copying tasks.
- Conduct data entry into specialized project databases.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing proposals.
- Ensure that company vehicles are properly registered and maintained.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in administrative support.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Exhibit professional office conduct and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
