We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support for our operations in the West Gulf Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance, including managing phone communications, overseeing office supplies, and coordinating activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Draft and format correspondence, memos, reports, and other essential documents; maintain filing systems; procure supplies and equipment. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials.
  • Handle outgoing mail and organize incoming correspondence.
  • Support document management through scanning, filing, and copying tasks.
  • Conduct data entry into specialized project databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing proposals.
  • Ensure that company vehicles are properly registered and maintained.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Exhibit professional office conduct and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
