Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Bon Secours Sleep Center in Hanover. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register patients, collect demographic information, and update records as needed.
  • Manage patient communication, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirm appointments, and prepare patient charts for encounters.
  • Process patient payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and cash payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and test results.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred.
  • Extensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and billing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
