Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients with a professional and polished demeanor
  • Checking-in patients and collecting necessary information
  • Collecting co-payments and balancing registers
  • Scheduling patients and confirming appointments
  • Escalating issues to the Office Manager as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work before and after hours as needed
