We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Professional to join our team at Richmond University Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare examination rooms with the necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Notify managers of defective or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Call patients into examining rooms and prepare them for examinations.
  • Obtain and record patient vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Verbally notify providers of abnormal results and perform phlebotomy as needed.
  • Perform EKGs, vision and hearing screenings, and collect specimens.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by providers or nurses.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Mandarin speaking preferred.
