Electrical Project Manager - Wastewater Solutions

WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is in search of a skilled Electrical Project Manager to spearhead and manage wastewater projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background with a self-performing wastewater general contractor. This position demands outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication abilities to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and to the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of wastewater construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets specifically for electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance of all electrical work with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver project progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to electrical systems during the construction phase.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess the progress and quality of electrical work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the wastewater sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale wastewater projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
