Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of electrical projects, including design, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, budgets, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high performance and timely project completion.
- Continuously improve project management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing commercial projects is a must.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant software.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
