Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing electrical contractor in the Charlotte area. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will work on commercial and industrial building construction projects and be responsible for supervising and directing the electrical work to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with the overall project schedule.

Reporting to project sites, you will be performing duties indoors and outdoors, and will often be exposed to the natural elements. There are plenty of overtime opportunities with little to no travel involved in this position and this company promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct electrical work on commercial and industrial building construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet project objectives
  • Perform duties indoors and outdoors, including exposure to natural elements
  • Manage overtime opportunities and work-life balance

Requirements:

  • High School or GED required
  • 3+ years working on commercial/industrial building electrical construction projects required
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others to meet project deadlines required
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Electrical licensure and OSHA certifications preferred
  • Strong safety mindset required
