Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee critical facility construction projects within the data center sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, focusing on both new builds and upgrades in live environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage electrical construction projects with budgets ranging from $25 million to over $200 million.
2. Lead project planning, including generating estimates and preparing proposals to establish timelines and funding parameters.
3. Maintain comprehensive logs to track project progress and ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
4. Supervise on-site activities and provide administrative direction to ensure project milestones are met.
5. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day operations impacting project delivery.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing data center construction projects as a general contractor.
- Strong budget management skills.
- NC Electrical Unlimited License is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a licensed journeyman electrician is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, and safety precautions.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications for both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, and AutoCAD is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. Experience in the data center construction industry and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Candidates with a military background are encouraged to apply.
