Requirements
  • BSCE degree or equivalent
  • California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in land development and/or public works
  • Minimum 8 years of management experience supervising engineers, designers, and project support staff
Desirable Skills
  • Strong independent thought and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Projects, and Bluebeam
