Job Summary:The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all visitors and clients
- Manage visitor and parking passes, and ensure security protocols are followed
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare presentations and speak to various-sized groups
- Arrange and confirm meetings, appointments, and events
- Approve janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed
- Address issues with vendors or staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers
- Oversee support for the team, including office supply management and equipment care
- Review and ensure compliance with brand guidelines for client materials
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
- High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience
- Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Polite, organizational, communication, and punctuality skills
- Reliable transportation
This is a 1-year contract role working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a receptionist or similar role and be able to work under minimal supervision.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23 per hour.
