Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Account Executive to manage and grow our staffing business within the IT sector. This role involves cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional account management and service delivery to all private/public clients in the IT field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Managed Service Providers, and Project Managers within IT organizations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT job roles, technical environments, and industry trends.
  • Effectively manage multiple job orders, submissions, and interviews within the IT domain.
  • Develop rapport with clients, understand their staffing needs, and receive detailed work orders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our offshore recruiting team to ensure efficient candidate sourcing and placement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT/Non-IT staffing and recruiting, specifically with IT clients.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, applicant tracking applications (ATAs), and relevant IT recruitment tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technology positions, job roles, skill sets, and industry best practices within the IT sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
