About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our Brooklyn Ophthalmology practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each patient's visit runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and communicating with medical staff.
  • Ensure that all patient interactions are conducted in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
