Caregiver Placement Coordinator Job Description

Royal Care Inc is seeking an experienced caregiver placement coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our coordination department, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver placement, staffing, and communication with caregivers, patients, and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of $67,500 - $77,500 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate placement of services between clients and caregivers.
  • Communicate openly with staff regarding scheduling, availability, attendance, and larger scale issues.
  • Ensure documentation is being updated for all caregivers and patients in HHA Exchange.
  • Verify caregivers' attendance daily and prioritize staffing cases for no-shows, callouts, or missed visits based on patient needs.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills, with empathy and patience when working with the elderly population.
