Job Summary:The Sales Manager II will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas, increase market share, and customer base within established budgetary levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and coach sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and increase market share
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve exceptional results
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach sales teams
$105,700 to $222,100 earnings potential
