Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Seasonal Associate to join our team at the Grown Brilliance boutique in Georgetown, DC. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating positive and memorable experiences that build brand loyalty
  • Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers
  • Participate in general store maintenance, ensuring a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Support the initiatives of our leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
  • Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
  • Support other brands in the market/cluster under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations, and additional coverage
  • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus
  • Perform opening and closing tasks in the store, with potential to carry store keys
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods
