Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage events and programs of all types and sizes, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Develop and implement project plans, event budgets, and critical timelines.
  • Negotiate and contract with venues and third-party agencies.
  • Lead collaboration and drive strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Implement event technology, such as Cvent, to streamline event planning and execution.
  • Travel to events to oversee operations and logistics, ensuring sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate event management.
  • Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Prior budget management and negotiations experience.
  • Prior customer-facing responsibility.
  • Ability to lead diverse internal and external groups through ideation sessions and event planning coordination.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with current event management technology, including Cvent and mobile apps.
