- Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
Candidate Profile and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in human resources, demonstrating both generalist and leadership capabilities.
- Strong background in compliance and regulatory matters is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with UKG and HRIS systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Adaptable, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing effectively.
