Regional Vice President of Sales

As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with ClearPoint Health's mission and values.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, spearheading business development initiatives to expand our solutions across the Midwest.
- Cultivate robust relationships with consultant partners through strategic identification and comprehensive development initiatives.
- Execute sophisticated sales methodologies encompassing the entire sales lifecycle, navigating from lead generation through successful closures.
- Drive innovation in product development, ensuring our business stays ahead of industry trends and meets evolving client needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across all verticals.
Requirements:
- Proven sales success in a growth-focused role within the self-funded/stop-loss/captive insurance space, with at least five years of experience.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable and accountable plans.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for opportunities in innovation and disruption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performance teams.
- Licensed to sell insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
