Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Aston Carter. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to social media channels, developing and implementing social media strategies, and creating engaging content to promote our brand and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, to ensure timely and effective communication with our audience.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our brand and community, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and analytics reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with business objectives and brand messaging.
  • Source and vet new content creators and influencers to incorporate into our social media programming.
  • Assist with analytics reporting and provide insights to inform social media strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics reporting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform social media strategy.
