Social Worker Opportunity

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in the Sexual Responsibility and Treatment Program (SRTP). This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours of work per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical contact and social work consultation to patients and their treatment teams.
  • Communicate with patients, community agencies, and families about SRTP policies and procedures.
  • Advocate for patient rights and run group programming for individuals with sex offending histories.
  • Complete monthly and annual reports, and supervise video visits.
  • Participate in treatment team process and fulfill duties related to communication and documentation.
  • Assist patients with Sex Offender Assessment Board interviews and assist with supervision of SW interns.
  • Transport patients to court hearings when needed and serve on committees as assigned.
  • Practice safe work habits related to fire safety and infection control, and comply with Civil Rights/Affirmative Action Mandates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Social Work degree required.
  • 2+ years of social work experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
