Account Manager Job Description

As an Account Manager at Jessica Ross - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relate to customers and anticipate their needs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • Experience managing client relationships is a plus.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to effectively relate to customers.

Flexible work-from-home options are available. Compensation: $125,000.00 per year.
