We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Analyst to join our team at Guided Insurance Solutions. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present risk management solutions to clients, including insurance certificates, auto identification cards, and other coverage-related documents.
- Assist client service teams in preparing presentation materials, analyzing complex data, and compiling reports under supervision.
- Record data into insurance company and firm software programs, run monthly cancellation and expiration reports, and process endorsements and audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
- One to two years' experience in the insurance industry, with a current license to service clients or willingness to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Basic understanding of insurance coverages, with moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other insurance company and firm software systems.
