UCHealth is seeking a talented Clinical Quality Specialist RN to join our team. This role is responsible for measures, analyzing, and facilitating improvement in clinical performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and quality improvement, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance clinical performance and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to quality improvement
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
