The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise and timely processing of client invoices, overseeing the collection cycle by reaching out to clients as necessary, and documenting payments upon receipt. This position also entails executing accounting and administrative tasks that contribute to the accurate management and processing of accounts payable invoices. The selected individual will maintain meticulous records of payments and collaborate across departments to ensure all transactions are reconciled and settled punctually.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor credits, unresolved receipts, and expense approvals
  • Process daily transactions; manage mail and/or electronic deposits
  • Evaluate and authorize new client applications
  • Assess orders on credit hold, release or contact clients based on their status
  • Review overdue accounts and communicate with clients as necessary
  • Distribute client invoices
  • Resolve client invoicing discrepancies
  • Handle credit reference requests
  • Manage vendor invoice processing
  • Administer direct billings
  • Prepare expense reports and allocate appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Investigate billing concerns
  • Review vendor statements
  • Support organizational goals and objectives
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree with a commitment to pursue a Bachelor's degree, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience
