About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in the assembly department. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing value-added processes in the assembly of pumps, including kitting, assembly, testing, and final packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all router steps on the work order to complete a pump build, including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
  • Follow standard work in the production cell to conform to product design specifications and comply with quality assurance procedures.
  • Perform TPM on department tools and equipment.
  • Perform hydro-test on required work orders and capture certificates.
  • Ensure duties performed meet company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Capture production logs and report to the supervisor and lead daily.
  • Maintain inventory accuracies by transacting work orders and move orders properly and completely in Oracle.
  • Responsible for completing priorities set forth by the lead and supervisor for the day.
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Performs all duties as assigned by the department lead to support production.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures and rules.
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent preferred.
  • No product assembly experience required; ability to learn.
  • Experience using air and hand tools.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Assembly or production experience a plus.
  • Packaging and palletizing in production experience a plus.
What We Offer
  • Starting rate of $20.00 per hour.
  • 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.
  • Eligibility to participate in annual incentive program.
  • 2 weeks' vacation, increasing to 3 weeks' vacation effective Jan. 1, 2025.

Work Environment

The manufacturing environment is subject to moderate changes in temperature, and the employee will be exposed to typical hazards of noise, flying debris, and overhead hazards requiring the use of proper PPE.

This position may also require overtime as necessary. The company reserves the right to revise or change job duties as the need arises.
