Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wilden Pump & Engineering. As a key member of our maintenance function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
  • Repair and maintain air compressors, dryers, trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
  • Assist with installation of new equipment and maximize efficiencies of heating, air conditioning units, and exhaust fans
  • Perform periodic maintenance on production and non-production equipment
  • Install and maintain company utility lines (air, water, gas, and electrical)
  • Complete production documentation, including equipment repair logs
  • Recommend improvements in maintenance methods to reduce cost of replacement/repair
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control functions within the department
  • Adhere to the company's Safety Program
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or maintenance engineering technology preferred
  • Minimum 4 years related on-the-job facilities experience required
  • Forklift experience required
Working Conditions

The manufacturing environment is subject to moderate changes in temperature, and the employee will be exposed to typical hazards of noise, flying debris, and overhead hazards requiring the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

This position may require overtime as necessary. The company reserves the right to revise or change job duties as the need arises.
