Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Riverside, California. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing value-added processes in the assembly department, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all router steps on the work order to complete a pump build, including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
  • Follow standard work in the production cell to conform to product design specifications and comply with quality assurance procedures.
  • Perform TPM on department tools and equipment, and ensure duties performed meet company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory accuracies, complete priorities set forth by the lead and supervisor, and demonstrate commitment to safety and continual improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent preferred.
  • No product assembly experience required, but ability to learn and work in a standing environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, and work flexible and/or extended hours.
What We Offer:
  • Starting rate of $20.00 per hour.
  • 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.
  • Eligibility to participate in annual incentive program.
  • 2 weeks' vacation, increasing to 3 weeks' vacation effective Jan. 1, 2025.
  • 11 holidays.
  • 2 floating holidays.
  • 40 hours paid sick time.

Work Environment:

The manufacturing environment is subject to moderate changes in temperature, and the employee will be exposed to typical hazards of noise, flying debris, and overhead hazards requiring the use of proper PPE.
