Job Title: Property Inspection Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Inspection Coordinator to join our team at Linkhorn Inspection Group, the premier property inspection company in Ohio since 2007. As a Property Inspection Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients and business partners through sharing of knowledge and putting families first.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule property inspections.
  • Analyze inspection results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and scheduling team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a property inspection or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
