Job Overview
Capital Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Association Management Professional to manage a portfolio of condos and HOAs. As a Community Association Manager, you will work closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to balance community needs with budgets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an association manager, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities include managing budgets and financials, performing property inspections, tracking issues, and soliciting bids for maintenance and renovation projects. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with Board members and ensuring data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting. Requirements
• Previous experience as an association manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
