We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an Apartment Community in the Dayton, OH area.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, including facilities management and property maintenance. It also involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including facilities management and property maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Manage contracts and vendor relationships for various services, such as landscaping, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate and assist with community events and activities.
  • Implement strategies to upsell additional services or amenities to residents.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management is preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.
  • Proficient in office software applications, including data entry and file management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
