About the Role:
As an Automation Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our manufacturing and warehouse processes. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your expertise will be vital in designing, programming, and testing automated systems that improve operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborating with design teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Designing, maintaining, and supporting automated systems.
  • Programming new automation components.
  • Investigating and resolving defects in technology while establishing monitoring protocols.
  • Supporting validation processes for all automated systems.
  • Creating a visual factory that leverages data to enhance decision-making.
  • Facilitating production improvements and capital project implementations.
  • Reviewing and developing automated processes for new and existing products.
  • Providing training and mentorship to team members as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or automation engineering.
  • Strong programming skills and project management experience.
  • Familiarity with database management and data communication protocols.
  • Experience in application development using C# and Windows environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Android development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with Python and Ruby, as well as visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Understanding of endpoint security and process validation.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
