Job Overview

Aramark's Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program offers early career talent valuable work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training across various environments and business areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the Lines of Businesses
  • Prepare and lead the monthly financial review with the client, providing custom reports as needed, and respond quickly to questions and requests
  • Assist in nurturing the relationship with the client
  • Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and annual operating reports, all sales reports, special events sales billings, and cash register audits for the facility in a timely manner
  • Supervise all accounting office functions, including cash disbursements, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger accounting
  • Coordinate financial audits of components with internal and external auditors
  • Manage and communicate cash flow-related issues, including accurate and timely preparation of cash flow statements, management of receivables, payables, cash balance, control mechanisms, and timely deposits of all funds (weekly)
  • Generate Period critique reports for the client and attend Accounting and Finance meetings
  • Work on special projects (P.O. CER Requests & Reconciliation)
  • Address any operational or financial issues in Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Support the Operations Teams in preparing Financial Projections and weekly closing of GFF/TCS/MTK
  • Review financial measures of effectiveness daily
  • Develop methods of tracking financial performance
Requirements
  • To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December and August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class
  • This program will start in July. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales
  • Relevant coursework or work experience
  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills
  • Great verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadership
  • Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
