Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Join the Wharton Executive Education team as a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for analyzing and reporting financial results, developing and maintaining expertise in financial systems, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report financial results, including forecasting and budgeting, to support business unit decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial systems, including Salesforce and Business Objects, to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, including identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business unit senior management and F&A to ensure accurate financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting for the Exec Ed business units and departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required and 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills, with ability to independently manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with ability to work under demanding timelines.
  • Ability to see the big picture while effectively analyzing details, with a strong professional appearance.
